When will my order ship? TOP
Gift Basket orders will be processed for delivery/shipping by the next business day. In many cases, we ship/deliver same day. If you would like to see if same day delivery/shipping is available, please call your order in to our shop – 732-899-7572. Please allow a few extra days for volume orders at holiday times.
Favor orders are made upon receipt of order. Please let us know (in the comment box at checkout) when your event is. Most favor orders can be made and shipping within 2-3 days. If we are special ordering a mold for you, please allow several weeks.
How do you ship my order? TOP
All baskets are designed by us and are then safely packed into a shipping box. We use UPS as our main carrier, and please note that they will only deliver to street addresses in the continental US. We are sorry, but we are unable to ship to PO Boxes (UPS will not deliver to a P.O. Box, therefore, we need a valid street address to deliver your package), APO, or outside the continental US.
We strive to ship/deliver our orders within 24 hours of receipt, provided that full payment has been received
Shipping times are based on commercial locations. Residential deliveries or shipments to rural areas may take longer. We do not guarantee the delivery performance of any carrier, however we will be glad to assist in the tracking of packages that are not received in a timely manner. Our primary carrier is UPS Ground.
Rush delivery is available. The charges will vary depending on your special needs. Please call us for Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, or 3-Day Select UPS shipping charges. Note, UPS does not deliver on Sundays, or Holidays. Saturday delivery requires a substantial extra charge. If your order requires a Saturday delivery, please call our store at 732-899-7572 to place your order.
Please be sure to provide us with a complete and correct street address. UPS charges a minimum of $10.00 for address corrections, even if they correct the address and deliver the basket - which we will charge to your credit card. Please double check your address to ensure that we have the correct zip code, floor or suite number for the recipient.
Why is the amount actually charged to my credit card different than what I see here? TOP
Our website is set up to securely capture your credit card information. We manually process payment at our retail shop. Our shopping cart is set for UPS shipping, however, we hand deliver to Point Pleasant, Point Pleasant Beach, Bay Head, Manasquan, Sea Girt, and parts of Brick and Wall. In most cases, these charges are less then UPS charges, so we will naturally just charge you the lesser charge for hand delivery.
What are your hours? TOP
Our shop is open Tuesday through Friday 10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. and Saturday 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
How do you handle hospital deliveries? TOP
We personally hand deliver to Ocean Medical Center-Brick Hospital. Other local hospitals would be sent via UPS. However, we strongly discourage shipping to the hospital. We have found in many instances that the patient is discharged before the basket has arrived and been delivered by hospital staff. We highly recommend sending the basket to the recipient's home address. We will not be responsible for the costs associated with reshipping baskets delivered to a hospital after the recipient has been discharged.
Can I change the contents of my basket? TOP
Sure! All of our baskets are hand designed to order. So let us know a little about the recipient and we'll create a special basket just for them!
